Please pay on time to avoid late fees.

Please
remember that ANY
CHANGES TO YOUR PROPERTY (grounds or
exterior) must be
submitted for KHO Board approval
through Jeff Friedman (j_friedman@verizon.net). As this process takes some
time, please submit the required plans as far in advance as possible. Examples of things
requiring approval include: patios, decks, walkways, shutters, doors (including garage), pools, and
additions. The full set of rules and requirements can be found at
Covenants
and
Rules.

If you forgot
to submit a plan for previous work,
please submit it now; when work is
documented in the Association's files;
it protects everyone's interest.
It is just like the 'call before you
dig' program designed to protect
everyone's best interests.
